1. Are your essential oils 100% pure?

Yes, all Virsa Wellness Essential Oil Blends are made with 100% pure, natural ingredients and carefully crafted under the supervision of Dr. Shahzad Basra. No synthetic additives or harmful chemicals are used.

2. How long does delivery take?

We deliver nationwide in Pakistan within 3–5 business days. You will also receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

3. Do you ship outside Pakistan?

Currently, we deliver across Pakistan only. International shipping options will be announced in the future.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure online payment options (where available). Details are shown at checkout.

5. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase if the product is unopened and unused. For full details, please see our Return & Refund Policy.

6. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we will replace your order free of charge. Please contact our support team immediately with your order number and photos.
